Jared Zipper, LCSW
Jared Zipper, LCSW serves as the Director of Clinical Services for iRecovery Behavioral Healthcare. He is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker treating patients in Florida through telehealth services, as well as in-person. He has experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship problems and alcohol/substance use disorders. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, FL, a Master’s Degree in Applied Psychology from Lynn University in Boca Raton, FL, and a Master’s in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL.
Mr. Zipper integrates the best practices and components of several therapeutic techniques to help you change unhelpful thoughts, behaviors, emotions, and relationship patterns that keep you stuck. He will collaborate with you using motivational enhancement strategies, to help you progress through the stages of positive change. In addition, he completed clinical studies in a variety of practice settings, including Broward Health Medical Centers’ psychiatric unit, Broward County Public Schools, Community Based Mental Healthcare Facilities, Group Practices, and Drug Treatment facilities. He is also a qualified supervisor for mental health counselor interns and clinical social work interns.
