Karen Trahan, LMHC

Ms. Trahan is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. She received a BA degree in special education at Rhode Island College in Providence, RI. She went on to receive an MA degree in Psychology from Framingham State University in Framingham, MA. She has been involved in treating mental health, substance use disorder and co-occurring psychiatric conditions for the past 22 years. She provides addiction counseling, crisis intervention, cognitive behavioral therapy, group therapy and case management services.
